Where Exactly Is the Studio?

We're on the riverside boulevard in the very centre of Wrocław, entrance from Księcia Witolda 38–40.

Landmarks: Elen breakfast bar and Sikorskiego Bridge – both a minute's walk from the studio.

‍

Where Can I Park?

You can park along Księcia Witolda street, but note: there is a no-parking sign on the courtyard side. Don't be misled by cars parked there – the city wardens tow them every few days. Park on the opposite side instead, by the Platinum implant clinic.

You can also park at the corner by Orlen and McDonald's, or by the Institute of Physics on Plac Maksa Borna (500 m from the studio). There is also the public paid car park BULVARY, entered from Pomorski Bridge – about 300 m from the studio, 8 zł per started hour, with spaces almost always available.

Frequently Asked Questions

If you can't find your answer here, message us on WhatsApp or call +48 451 639 905.
What should I bring to my first class?

All you need is comfortable clothing and a positive attitude. Leggings and a sports top or T-shirt work well – anything that lets you move freely. Gentlemen: a T-shirt and shorts are perfect. We have everything else, including water, coffee and tea.

Ready? We'll take care of the rest!

What should I wear for Pilates?

Choose comfort: leggings (or shorts for men) and a sports top or T-shirt that let you move freely. Skip accessories – our equipment doesn't get on with buttons or zips, so plain, smooth fabrics are best. We train barefoot or in grip socks.

Do we wear shoes?

No – we train without shoes, barefoot or in socks, ideally grip socks for comfort and stability. Training this way helps you feel your body better and strengthens the muscles of your feet.
