Foundations of the Instructor Path

A complete training path for future and current Pilates instructors in the heart of Wrocław.

Courses are divided into levels – foundation and intermediate, advanced, and specialist – so you can build your teaching skills step by step. All courses take place in Wrocław.

Our Pilates instructor course is modular. You start with the mat, then move on to the reformer, barrels, chairs and cadillac. Each module is complete in itself and ends with a certificate, so you can take one or follow the whole path at your own pace. Completing all modules gives full teacher certification signed by Pilango – a Contrology Authorised Demo Center, the first in Poland.

Specialist Pilates Courses – Wrocław

Specialist courses are for people who already know the basics of the method and want to work with a specific group of clients. They cover situations the core repertoire doesn't: pregnancy and postpartum, complete beginners, clients with limited mobility, and seniors.

Who are these courses for?

Our courses are for future instructors and for anyone who wants to deepen their knowledge of classical Pilates. For the foundation modules we don't require any previous experience, although a basic knowledge of the method is an advantage.

Do the modules have to be taken in a set order?

Mat Level 1 and 2 is the first, compulsory stage of the path. You can take the other apparatus modules in any order that suits the course dates and your own plans.

Are your Pilates instructor courses certified?

Yes, every participant receives a certificate of completion signed by Pilango Pilates Studio, Poland's first Contrology Authorised Demo Center.

Where exactly is the studio?

We're on the riverside boulevard in the very centre of Wrocław, with the entrance from Księcia Witolda 38-40. Landmarks: the ELEN breakfast café and Sikorski Bridge (both a minute's walk from the studio).

Can I take a single module, or do I have to complete the whole course?

Yes, you can join any of our courses on its own, although of course we encourage you to take all the modules – Pilates is a system! And if you complete all our apparatus and mat courses, you will receive full teacher certification from us, also signed by Pilango – Contrology Authorised Demo Center.

Where can I park near the studio?

You can park along Księcia Witolda Street, but please note: there's a no-parking sign on the side with the courtyard entrance.

You can also park on the corner by the Orlen petrol station and McDonald's, or by the Institute of Physics on Maksa Borna Square (500 m from the studio). There's also the public paid car park BULVARY – entrance from the Pomorski Bridge side. From the car park it's just 300 metres to the studio.

This car park costs 8 zł for each hour or part of an hour. Spaces are almost always available.

Yes, we run courses for instructor teams and studios, at our studio or at your location. Message us to arrange a convenient date!
