How to find us

Answers to Your Most Frequently Asked Questions

Can't find your answer here? Message us on WhatsApp, call +48 451 639 905 or send us an email – we're happy to help.
I've never done Pilates before. Is it for me?

Yes! You don't need any preparation or sports experience. Our schedule includes beginner classes on the reformer and mat, where the instructor shows you how to use the equipment and corrects your alignment in every exercise. Small groups mean nobody is left without attention.

Can I train after an injury, with back pain or during pregnancy?

Usually yes, but in that case we start with private sessions rather than group classes. This applies to pregnancy, the postpartum period, recent injuries and recovery after surgery. Message or call us and describe your situation – we'll suggest the right type of class for you.

What should I bring to my first Pilates class?

For your first class all you need is comfortable clothing and a positive attitude. Slip into leggings and a sports top or T-shirt – clothes that let you move freely. Gentlemen – whatever you prefer. For comfort, we recommend a T-shirt and shorts.

There's no need to bring your own mat. We have everything you need at the studio, including coffee and Polish fudge sweets. Just bring an open mind. All set? We'll take care of the rest!

What should I wear for Pilates?

Pilates is about movement and harmony, so go for comfort with a touch of style. Choose leggings (shorts for men) and a sports top or T-shirt that give you complete freedom of movement. Skip unnecessary accessories – function comes first!

Also, our equipment doesn't get along with buttons or zips, so we recommend smooth clothing. We train barefoot or in non-slip socks.

Do we wear shoes for Pilates?

No, we do Pilates without shoes! We focus on natural movement and full control, so we train barefoot or in socks – ideally ones with non-slip soles for extra comfort and stability. Don't worry – this lets you feel your body better and strengthens the muscles of your feet!

Where exactly is the studio?

We're on the riverside boulevard in the very centre of Wrocław, with the entrance from Księcia Witolda 38-40. Landmarks: the ELEN breakfast café and Sikorski Bridge (both about a minute's walk from the studio).

Where can I park?

You can park along Księcia Witolda Street, but please note – there's a no-parking sign on the side with the courtyard entrance. Don't be misled by cars that may already be parked there – the municipal police come every 2-3 days and tow vehicles away, so we advise against parking there. You can park on the opposite side, by the Platinum Implantology Centre.

You can also park on the corner by the Orlen petrol station and McDonald's, or by the Institute of Physics on Maksa Borna Square (500 m from the studio). There's also the public paid car park BULVARY – entrance from the Pomorski Bridge side. From the car park it's just 300 metres to the studio.

This car park costs 8 zł for each hour or part of an hour. Spaces are almost always available.
